For reference I stayed here 9 days with my friend we are both in our 20s. Trust, this is the spot. We had such an amazing time. The parties are absolutely nuts. The pool bars are so much fun every day. You can walk to the marina and do off resort stuff easily too. The food was great IMO, every morning I had steak and eggs, and a big plate of fruit. Dinner was beauty too, lots of good italian stuff but had all kinds of things for everyone. I absolutely recommend this place to people looking for a younger crowd to mingle with and have some fun. All great vibes overall. The staff went above and beyond and security did a great job at protecting people from the ones way too wasted.

I had a great stay. As a person with allergies, they had pictures of the allergens on some of the signs for the food, but not everything, and there was cross-contamination in the buffet. I was able to go to the workers and get an individual meal made, but I had limited options.

The staff here is wonderful! Food could be better but not bad. Super clean rooms but no elevator, at least not in the 300 building where we stayed. Would have given it 5 stars but- its super loud in the evening. A lot of "partiers" there. I wouldn't call it family friendly because of it. The "indoor bar" by the lobby was so smelly!!!! Smelled like puke both nights we attempted to check it out. So definitely needs attention. Other than that- great pools and beautiful over all.

Had a great stay, staff was friendly only one poor interaction with an employee at the boutique wish I would’ve gotten her name she was very rude, other than that it was great be prepared for lots of walking, don’t forget your tennis shoes.

Food was good for the most part but I didnt care for Sakura and American Country. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had only 1 bartender that was not great at the swim up bar. My boyfriend and I came up to the bar when it wasnt very busy but we were ignored for several minutes, not even an acknowledgement. Other than that, the cleaning and wait staff had excellent customer service.

It was good overall. Be careful with the food that is served near the pools. People will leave the glass barriers open after they serve themselves then flies get all over the food. One cool used her hand as a large scoop to use to serve guacamole. Interesting but pretty nasty considering she had not washed her hands prior to that.

Lots of partiers all hours of the night. Our room was on the main walkway and Was really loud. Facilities wee really nice, we had lots of fun!
