Staff seemed fine. Servers in most restaurants were very nice and front desk as well. Entertainment crew did not engage with my group really so can't give a rating for them. Very different than my stay at Riu Palace in Cancun, very disappointed to say the least. Food was below average lots of options but nothing amazing, somewhat expected and is manageable.No coffee bar or area, have to go into the sports bar to get it but it always smelled like vomit. Pool parties were very fun and the reason we signed up but other than that no entertainment. Called a few times to get blankets and pillows but nothing showed up. Asked to get bottled water once and would get sent to different locations where they would have it only for the end to be the Sports bar where they said no. Would recommend adults only if you want a smaller crowd and more lively atmosphere. Really a 2.5 rating.

Different pools for individual likes, wether you want to party to great tunes, or relax in a quiet slow paced area, you can find it. Staff scrubbing and cleaning continually the grounds to make the resort sparkling for the patrons. Great food, with a lot of variety so everyone can find something they like. I will go again and have been there more than once in the past, never disappoints!!

We stayed for New Year's Eve. We enjoyed our time here and the property is well-kept. A plus of this hotel is its location. It sits right on the beach and the views are spectacular. We liked the facilities but for us, it felt short in nighttime entertainment. The club was full of teenagers and the music only catered that crowd. The food tasted great, but it lacked variety. The buffet options felt too repetitive. The drinks, as in any other all-inclusive hotel, were subpar. The alcohol they use is not of the best quality. Customer service was excellent and we were treated kindly. Overall, we had a good time, and we really enjoyed RIU PARTY. We would go back.

Really lovely facility. All of the staff was so friendly. While we were there you didn’t need to make a reservation to eat at any of the restaurants so it gave us a lot more flexibility. We enjoyed the many options for food, and many options for the pool. The pools had everything from more of a party scene to more relaxed and great options for kids. There was lots of space, lots of options, great bars and drinks. The shows were so good. Even theme parties like a white, pink and neon if you wanted. The location was a quick trip from the airport and a quicker trip to the marina with tons of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great stay. Plenty of fun activities for both kids and adults. Our only concern was the noise coming into our room, you can hear people clearly in the hall way, the noise of their closing and even from their rooms. Kindly look into this. Everything else was great. The food too, loads of options!
