What a lovely little place! The staff are 10/10 fantastic! Each and every one I had contact with, did a great, friendly, welcoming, smiley job! If I’m honest.. the decor could do with an update (old carpets with stains in the walking areas and bedroom) - other than that little nugget, I have already booked back in for the same occasion next year! Would highly recommend

My wife and I have stayed at the link hotel every time we’ve travelled from the USA to the Loughborough area. Yes , the hallway carpets may be old and have bleach stains on them. Some of the chairs in the dining room show signs of wear. The room carpets have also seen better days. However, this pales in comparison to the dedication of all the staff at the link. Once again I can say without reserve that this is a three star hotel with five star staff. We will return here because this is a hotel that does everything right.

Great place for stay in area

We arrived early and the hotel accomodated us with early chsck it which was great. Yhr stsff as always wete very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet snd we enjoyed our one night stay. The price is very good as well. We had breakfast and the self service food was fresh and couldn't fault a thing. We will definatly stay again in the next vusit over to the area

Hotel quite out of date. The food was very cheap but that was reflected in the quality. Toilet very out of date, carpets have not been changed in years. Staff helpful and polite probably the only positive thing from the hotel. The room was too expensive for the quality of the facilities offered.
