Desk attendant friendly. Room was very clean, however hallways/common areas were not. The ice machine by our room wasn't in working order. No optional upcharged breakfast buffet; they told us we needed to order from the menu because the hotel was only at 16% occupancy. I was also told the pool was open, but discovered that it was padlocked. I had to call the front desk to get into the pool.

the lady that was working the front desk in the morning on December 15th was absolutely wonderful. She helped us out a lot and it meant a lot to me. the food was amazing. son loved that your pool was opening and had fun himself. overall great experience and when i come back to visit in the summer definitely staying again

Everything was good, hotel was nice, room comfortable and close to airport and exposition center. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel shuttle woman that was working she was rude and when I needed to be dropped off closer to the west wing hall she said she couldn’t take me any closer. Which wasn’t true because every other hotel shuttle was dropping off in front of that wing. I had to walk from one end of the center in the freezing cold right before my competition. If you don’t want to work then you shouldn’t have a driving job.!!! Other hotel staff was nice but 12/14 whoever that lady was driving at 6am should be fired.
