Room and bathroom were really small. Hotel was under renovation but staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall cleanliness was average but since the rooms were older, it was likely hard to make them look and feel clean

The minimum check in age of 18 was perfect for us. We are college students and had a 4am flight to study abroad. The room was spacious and clean, except for the shower floor needed a good bleach and scrub.

The employees were all nice. Though close to Kentucky Kingdom the area is riddled with beggers and drugs. Everything wrong with hotel was blamed on renovation. However, it is not my belief that cosmetic upkeep affects plumbing, puts ants in room and so on. We left 2 days early and of course no bill adjustment.

Louisville Stay - Unpleasant

The rooms were sub par. Kept but needed maintenance. Very noisy could put soft close on doors. Heard every slamming door. Carpets are filthy! Furniture pulled out for ? No reason? Furniture all over in the lobby. Didnt know if they were gettingvready for a rummage sale or what. Waited at the front desk for check-in about 15 min before anyone arrived. Hotel is stationed right under an overpass by the airport. VERY, VERY, NOISY!!!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, however the appearance when you first walked in was a little rough due to the construction. Breakfast had many choices and was good.

Don’t stay here.

Apparently they are remodeling but not a word from anyone that would be going on. - boxes everywhere, not vacuumed, room smelled of smoke and was hot (took a while to cool down), breakfast was terrible. Desk person was not friendly. The actual room appeared clean but by the time you got there you wondered if it really was clean - after seeing the conditions getting to the room. At $200 a night - it didn’t come close to being worth the money!
