Do not believe the pictures. This place was terrible. The bed was terrible, the pillows were flat, we found a CRACK PIPE in our room. I will never, ever, ever, stay here or at any Extended Stay Location again!!!

The front desk is never there. The room is smelly and doesn’t feel clean. I arrived late at 1am. My room didn’t come with hair dryer, toilet paper. Nothing. It’s a horrible experience never in my life will book here again.

3 separate occasions the elevator didn’t work. Ok take the stairs that’s fine, except the stairwells are disgusting and the hallways are just as bad. Whole place smells like cigarettes

Miserable stay

No one at desk for check in. Couldn’t even get in the lobby. Sign said to call 800 number but operator didn’t know what to do. Road noise was super loud. No breakfast even though it said grab n go breakfast. No coffee.

Reservations are pointless

I had a reservation and showed up around midnight and they said they were out of single rooms and my reservation was to give them as estimate of who’s coming, not to actually hold it. Reservations do not matter here.

This is a hotel that houses people who LIVE there - the hotel room is unbelievably dirty and the "night time" activity was frequent with very little insulation between floors. I literally slept not one minute. Would not recommend this hotel - cost was well over $100 and TOTALLY not worth it. It is close to the airport, but the area is iffy.

I wouldn't stay here. From the half a dozen people smoking pot in the parking lot to the seemingly abandoned vehicles to the people screaming on the second floor as I tried to sleep… It was an awful night. The heat didn’t work in my room, the bathroom sink was absolutely filthy covered in sheet rock dust or something. Just looking at the floor I knew I was never going to take my shoes off, and then I cuddle it up with a thin comforter in a freezing room. I’m not a complainer. I know I’ve could’ve or should've complained. I know I could’ve said something, but I got in after midnight and had to be up early so what was the point? I just sucked it up. Got some really bad sleep and then got out of there as quick as I could. I would never ever recommend staying here ever.
