Staff accidentally made a room key for someone else for my room, my room key didn't work after that, they never admitted fault and then asked me to leave instead of fixing the issue. Staff is horribly trained in hospitality, I worked in a 5 star hotel for years. I didn't expect 5 star service but I expected to have keys to my own room and an egregious mistake to be corrected. Never was made whole or apologized to.

I stayed 3 nights in early May 25. Booked through hotels.com, because it was $20 cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. Even though paid through hotels.com, they charged my credit card for the stay - they resolved this, but I had to call them. 2nd night they put us in a room that the AC did not work. Third night they put us in a room that had not been cleaned - bed unmade, towels on floor, trash, etc. Every thing was made right, but stayed 3 nights and had a problem every night.

Room carpeting filthy. Animal odor disgusting. No microwave in room - all have to share in the lobby. Upon arrival in room the ice bucket was filled with rotted fruit and fruit flies. Animal urine stains in elevator carpet. Television would not change chanel or shut off - 10:30 pm had the have desk clerk fix. Never again - would not recommend.
