The room was just as advertised: clean Quiet and quaint. West Table is just down stairs and they have delicious food and attentive wait staff. Parking just down stair which is convenient.

Hotel advertised having a restaurant, which I needed for a quick dinner and breakfast all week for business—I arrived Sunday evening to find out the restaurant didn't open until Tuesday. So, no breakfast or dinner for half my stay. My room was called a king suite or something; the room was about the size of the bed. The "view" was basically pipes, and the paint on the windowsill had peeled completely off. After messaging the hotel to inform them that I was displeased and actually booked a room at another hotel because I wasn't going to stay there, I received no response at all.

The room was spacious and nice! Comfy bed! Loved the downstairs environment at the brewery and West Table! Cameron, Mason, Jesse, and Ralph were the best! Only downside was the AC cuts off and it gets a little warm overnight and tub/shower didn’t drain great but overall a great place to stay!

New build out of the Old historic Lubbock Hotel building on Broadway! So easy and convenient to come and go, free parking plentiful and the LBK brewery in the lobby. We found this small goldmine looking for a room during the Texas Tech - BYU weekend what a find! It operates similar to a VRBO entirely online no check in desk in lobby area. Definitely use it again.

It’s a true treasure for Lubbock!

No one to check in. People living in condos helped. Got text after calling explaining how to get in. Text said restaurant across street, no address. Looked on 3 sides, but could not find. Maybe on 4th side but gave up. So no breakfast. Room was wonderful, except remote control on TV was difficult to work. Maid explained how to use it. All was good.
