Our very first encounter with the staff member was not with a hello or welcome, but with a reminder that she would not check us in early. It was 2:34 pm. She was condescending and rude. The rooms were ready. The room itself has dim lights, a torn curtain, a phone that was broken, and stains on the bathroom walls that I care not to think about. This is definitely one to skip.

Lubbock Trip

Ample parking, clean room and glad there was a shower in lieu of bathtub (senior citizen). The breakfast was disappointing (limited) and was sad there is not Senior Discount or AARP discount available.

The bed skirt was dirty. The mattress was brown. The box spring had the plastic corner half way off so it scraped your leg walking by.

I would not recommend this place. It smelled like rotten food when you walked in the front doors. Everything from floors, counters, and public spaces were dirty and were not maintained. The smoke detector battery was beeping in the middle of the night. We called the front desk, they had no replacement batteries, and asked what they were supposed to do. We informed them we couldn’t sleep with the noise. A guy came and ripped it off of the ceiling. It wasn’t replaced or fixed for the next 2 days we were there. The spa was broken and they said it had been like that for a while. There were old dirty and crusty socks in the gym. It was obvious they don’t clean or maintain anything. I would NOT recommend staying there.

Average hotel for the price. Owners or I’m assuming owners were rude and not helpful. We had 3 of us in the room with two queens couldn’t get towels and ultimately refused to give us them. I wouldn’t recommend

The price per night was inflated due to Texas Tech having a home game. The condition of our room was very poor - mold, peeling paint, torn curtains. The door doesn’t latch well. We couldn’t leave due to no other options available. Buyer be ware.

Room definitely showing it's wear and tear. AC unit sounded like a motorcycle engine all night long. Bed mattresses were old and had sink holes. Room towels were worn out. Definitely not worth $200 a night.

I am requesting a refund! They allowed someone to repair their vehicle right outside our window. They were beating on a wheel with a hammer for over 2 hours. After several trips to the front desk where they didn’t help at all we left. Yes had our tv on and still couldn’t sleep because of the noise.
