Bad. Da hilft auch kein Heizlüfter. Zum Rezeptionist sage ich lieber nichts. Trotzdem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Ich war im anderen Dormero Hotel in Lüneburg da im ursprünglich gebuchten die Heizung defekt war

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Leider war die Heizung defekt, sodass ich einen Heizlüfter im Zimmer hatte. Der hat jedoch kaum ausgereicht, um das Zimmer zu wärmen, sodass ich beide Decken brauchte. Das Badezimmer war hingegen sehr kalt, die Dusche war nicht ganz dicht, sodass ich beim Duschen das Badezimmer geflutet habe

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Dame an der Rezeption war wirklich freundlich. Einchecken und Auschecken ging sehr schnell. Leider war die Heizung kaputt und der Ersatzheizlüfter sehr laut in Benutzung. Meine Badezimmertür hat auch nicht richtig geschlossen, was alleine kein Problem war aber blöd, wenn ich das Zimmer geteilt hätte. Ansonsten war alles super und ich komme gerne wieder :)

Für einen Städtetrip gut

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Die Zimmer, insbesondere die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise funktionierte die Lüftung nicht.
