We had a very tiny windowless room. Bed was not very comfortable. If you have a car must park at the mall. £8.80 for the night.

Stayed in room 121. Extremly small, not enough space for 2x suitcases. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane toilet. There was a streetlight right outside our room, and the blinds didnt block much of it. The room was never dark and there was nothing we could do. We had a terrible nights sleep as there were people shouting a singing for hours outside the hotel, and the window has no soundproofing, which is odd as you cant open it. We had to ring reception at 1am to ask them to ask the people outside to move on, but they were still outside shouting for hours. Really not the start to our holiday we wanted!

Cheap shouldn't mean awful.

My own fault for not researching more. Didn't realise it's the old Easyhotel. Desk staff were rude, room wasn't clean and still smelled of the B.O. of the previous occupant. We were in Luton as I was playing a gig at a local pub; I stayed sober and we drove home rather than stay in this claustrophobic, airless pit. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Excellent bidget option near Luton station and air

Perfect for a good night before heading to the airport. Ask for a room that is not above the bar downstairs as it stays open late with music.

Wheelchair accessible room is as far from entry as possible, through 3 push/pull doors. Including emergency exit plan Wheelchair access at entrance involves doorbell (that didn’t work) to get staff to bring out plastic ramp. Staff had no training of how to use ramp which made entrance difficult
