Disappointed

Hotel structure is OK, very large area full of nature, decent pool and restaurants. My room was quite bad - when we got to the hotel, it was dirty and the furniture is very very old. Hotel staff was pleasant and food was OK. I was travelling with my wife and 2 years old son and he had a good time in the beach and in the pool, but hotel is also far from everything so we did not go anywhere else. I am not planning to come back.

Good experience

Nice beach. Nice room. Good food, but same menu every day or two. Expensive for travellers from Canada. Flight connections are headache (4 flights and total travel time 25hrs – 1 way). For half price you can have same vacation in Cuba.

Resort em situação precária. Quartos com morfo, estrutura muito antiga. Áreas comuns sem conservação. Comida de péssima qualidade. Sem atrativos. Péssima experiência, não volto nunca mais! Não recomendo a ninguém.

Para a família tem muitas opções praia, piscina, parque aquático, shows, teatros, recreação. Comidas variadas, porém poderiam ser mais temperadas,l. Deveriam ter mais pontos de sorvetes para as crianças. A piscina também achamos pequena pelo número de hóspedes, mas tem o parque aquático separado. No geral gostamos bastante.

Bom resort, atendimento nota 10! Recepção bem organizada, ágil e os cooperadores bem educados e solícitos. Na reserva solicitei apto no térreo devido mobilidade reduzida e o estacionamento teve todo cuidado e carinho de colocar em um apto no térreo e próximo de restaurante.

A praia é linda e o aquapark é legal pras crianças, mas a alimentação deixa mto a desejar. Poucas atividades e peças teatrais fracas. Piscina do resort é pequena. Infelizmente fica mto atrás de outros resorts como Salinas ou Japaratinga. Mas o atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo.
