Airconditioning did take awile ti cool room down. Shower head too largw and shower wad a lityle small. Tap on sink needed fixing but generally fine place to stay. Had a restaurant attached. Didnt use as had own food but smells were delicious. Petson on reception was happy to tell you about the motel and services. Cleaning staff were nice to talk too this morning

The only good thing about our stay was the person in reception she did her best to fix a couple of issue we had with the room, but something needs to be done to clean rooms correctly, food in fridge when we arrived freezer needed defrosting, bathroom dirty, hairs on toilet, not ours yuk, would never stay again.

The Staff were amazing. We checked (11pm. was at Mackay hospital with a family member) in late and they called us to ensure we were ok. They asked if there was anything they could help with and I replied, some food left in our room and 2 beers would be great. They left 2 wraps and 2 beers in the fridge which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this stay. Thank you again to the staff. Kind Regards, Geoff & Julie

Very outdated, expensive for the facility. Counter staff friendly, however clear there has been little to no reinvestment into the facility for a long time. Would recommend passing this one up.
