Some very good food options close by but you have to look for them. It's a shame they don't have any advertisements at the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. After a Long Day's Drive I slept well

We were on the first floor and there was more external noise with the parking lot and the restaurant nearby. Pillows were square and not as comfortable as the rectangular ones. Breakfast was phenomenal--so many options and it was well stocked!

Very clean, great staff! Excellent breakfast! Room was nice and comfortable AND the A/C worked well! Parking was limited, and there was always a trail of water to cross-which seemed to be coming from the restaurant in the lot?

Great for a Stop Over

Just came in for a quick overnighter. The room was fine, a little dated but clean and comfortable. The lobby was great, and an excellent breakfast. I used the tiny fitness center and it was ok for a quick workout. The pool looked very nice.

Clean and Centrally Located

We came to Madison for Coldplay concert. We were positioned in a very nice location that we had great dining options and were able to take the bus around, including the concert. The bus like is less than a block away and for someone who has knee issues I appreciated it not being a long walk. Also when we walked in the hotel you can smell the cleaning products and yet fresh air. We knew you all took care of the hotel and keep it clean.

Only complaint I have is I was told pool open til 12. So after driving for hours I promised my grandson whom is 4 that we could swim for just a few min. No one else in the pool area at all it was 10:20 and they rushed in and made us leave no kids after 10. I would understand if others were in there but it was just him and I. Grandma not happy.
