This is a beautiful new hotel overlooking Ashtabula River and Lake Erie. Accommodations are modern, cean and comfortable. There is a top floor bar that looks out over the marina. Restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Quiet. Third floor with dbl queen beds. Nice. Upon entrance, there are smokers from the bar area. The smoke billows inside as you enter. They should change the smoking area away from the entrance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!! So much room in the suites! Will for sure stay here again when traveling to Ohio! Also, the Italian Market and Deki down the street is a must!
