We lost power at our house for multiple days. We were able to stay for the night, cool off and have a great night sleep!

Older property in a great location near 4th street. Free breakfast that hit the spot. Stayed many times and never had any issues

Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were also lovely. My only gripe is that it was a very hot day and it seemed like the room didn’t get cool enough to our satisfaction (I understand that others may find it satisfactory) for quite awhile. Nearly till the sun went down.

Clean and comfortable

I can't remember the last time we had an incredible hotel experience like the one we had. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. It was extremely clean, staff was cheerful and courteous, amenities were numerous, and free breakfasts, dinners and drinks was icing on the cake.

Beth the front desk worker, was the best person I have ever worked with at any hotel. She got us in early, she took total care of us. It was a girlss trip vacation for a 50th Birthday, she and the hotel were perfect!
