Good hotel in good area. Easy to get to. Elevators sort of slow, hotel room door return is pretty powerful, a little hard to get in and out with bags.

This hotel is a perfect option for a stay in the Madison area. It hotel itself it set next to a lake area with a ton of walking options along with multiple dining and coffee options. It was the perfect spot for my family. It is a quick drive to downtown Madison for any shopping. I would absolutely stay here again.

When I checked in, Grace was wonderful and helpful with choosing a room. We brought our dog with and she suggested a first floor room. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay!

All of the staff is great, very nice people. Clean for the most part, just a couple small things here and there. Bed was very soft and not very comfortable, but I prefer a hard bed. However, third time I've stayed there in the last month, so keep coming back.

Great spot

Great value for the money. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always extremely clean. The free breakfast has a good selection and front desk is always great. Location is ideal.

Had a great week long stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Had to make a call about a small issue with the toilet, although a message did not seem to be relayed to the maintenance staff, the woman at the front desk quickly took action and moved me into another room while offering apologies for something that did not involve her. Very impressed with the service, will stay again!
