I arrived early hoping to get to check-in. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. She was the nicest lady ever an she was the Assistant GM. We shared a few stories the i proceeded to my room. The room was great super clean an had all i needed for my stay. I love that they have transportation to the airport but i was told two different prices. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. I mentioned it at checkout and the lady at the front desk told me that it's been out for a while. Overall my stay was amazing an will stay again when I get back to Wisconsin

Nice but dated

A nice hotel staff was friendly and there are plenty of place’s nearby to eat. The hotel itself is dated but has been updated to keep up with changing tech and features.

The breakfast was great. Loved the 2 breakfasts I ate there. The pool area needs some work. On the 1st night, the jets in the hot tub did not work the best but it was OK. On the 2nd night, the hot tub was cold. No heat. I did not go into the "cold tub".

Unwilling to Issue a Refund, Rooms not Clean

I had booked 5 rooms for 2 nights and for 4 of the rooms I needed to change it to 1 night. They refused saying I would need to cancel the whole reservation and rebook. I had booked the rooms in Aug 2024 for the stay in May 2025 so I got the rooms at a reasonable rate. If I rebooked, the rooms would have been 2 times more for 1 night than I paid for 2 nights. Hotels.com called the hotel and requested they make the change to 1 night and they refused. Hotels.com said when I get there, I should request that they refund 1 night for the 4 rooms. 3 different front desk people took down my information and said they would talk to the general manager and have them call me. I'm still waiting for that call. We also had cleanliness issues with the rooms. In 3 of the 5 rooms there were cleanliness issues such as the beds looked like someone had slept in them, no soap, 1 towel, and a knock on the door in the middle of the night from a couple claiming to be the manager asking if the person could come in and look for a missing purse. My parents had an accessible room and my dad was looking forward to having a comfortable shower but there was no hot water. We complained and the staff said they must not have turned it on right or adjusted the water correctly. Seriously!! My parents aren't stupid. I'm still waiting for the call I was supposed to receive from the general manager of the hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again! Service and cleanliness were non-existent.

I thought the pool was heated but it wasn’t at 9pm. The entire pool room was freezing, but the hot tub was nice. Since it was late, no clean towels were available so I had to walk all the way back to front desk to make the request and walk back to the pool.

The staff was great, and our room and shared spaces were all clean. The area around the hotel wasn't "beautiful", but it wasn't scary either. It was just meh. However, we weren't there for the area around the hotel. Parking was stretched out and I had to drive my mother in law to the entrance because of how far out I had to park, but that's really the only potential issue, and it was easily resolved. All in all, nice place & I'd stay again.
