The jetted pool tub did not work. The room was falsely advertised. The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. They didn’t have any extra towels or blankets to give. The receptionist could barely understand me.

Clean and comfortable. Much better breakfast than any Super 8 I have ever stayed in. A few of the guests were noisy in the hallways and constantly coming in and out of rooms, but overall it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. The staff were excellent.

The first we we got was dirty. Dust on headboard/lampstand. It had something gross on the door frame going into the bathroom. The curtains had something on them. I called front desk and they immediately moved us. The room we moved to was some better.

Main hot tub in pool room was dirty. Parking lot was very dirty. Our room was mostly clean but had visible spots that were missed by cleaning staff. Hot tub in room had broken pieces although still functional. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress was on top of very loud tin like object. No desk or chair in room. Internet was very spotty. Paid for 5 nights, was only booked for 1. Teyed to resolve the issue, which required me to pay again for the 4 nights that wasn't in their system. Was told I should be receiving a refund for the original amount, but never did. Additionally, when I checked out 4 hours later i get notified that they charged my credit card $300. I do not smoke. When I called they said it smelled of smoke, and they would not issue a refund.

Perkins next door was convenient. Our room was dingy with stained walls, tub, towel with a burn hole, parts of bathroom not cleaned, the hair dryer had layers of dirt, wrinkled sheets, not enough blankets. There was a very strong smell that seemed like an undiluted antiseptic had been spilled. It was gross. The only nice thing was a newer mirror. Everything else needs replacing.

This hotel is in a pretty decent location if you're just trying to spend a few days in Madison. The cleanliness could stand to improve...there was a very old, dingy chair in the room that probably hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. The rest of the room wasn't terrible, but not the best either. The property is in rough shape in some spots, mostly in the hallways. Things are falling apart and a little bit dirty. Still, it's not the worst I've seen. Staff was totally friendly when I interacted with them. I probably wouldn't stay again, personally, but if you need something cheap ASAP this is the place for you.

Front desk friendly. Halls look dirty and not vacuumed Breakfast nothing fresh. The worst was cheerleading or gymnastics competition so the girls were pounding with flips and jumps till after midnight, even though I called the front twice.
