Bad personalities and rude people

We were stuck here due to financial but the manager or owner is extremely rude none respects the do not disturb sign or request to not mess with the door or call. Forced us to leave so they could put a couch in instead of just talking to us knowing we needed 2 Elmore weeks. The place is dirty the pool was dirty.

Property was in rough shape. Pool was clean. Staff was pleasant. Sketchy looking individuals were hanging around the hallways and outside of the building. Fitness room was "being renovated" but there was one treadmill in it collecting dust. Continental breakfast was sufficient.

Conveniently Located

Could have more of a soap/ hygiene verity other then pump bottles as a option. Overall I can't complain for the price I got it for, and on a Friday night ass well.

Disappointing

I deliberately booked the hotel for the hot tub, which was broken. There was also no decaf coffee. At breakfast many of the food stations were empty despite it being a Thursday. No fruit loops, hash browns, etc. No one looking after the breakfast station. Disappointing.

Wouldn't tell anyone to come to this place! He had bird poop in pool area, bathroom was gross, and floor was nasty. Never made inside the room. Went to the pool area first. After just a short while a man comes in and ask me to leave saying " he remembers me from last month" i havent rent a room in about a year or two, so i know it wasnt me. He profile me and made my children and i feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Will never be back. Also have him on video saying these things.
