We stayed here 5 nights, the best nights of our Spain trip. Just half an hour from the center of Madrid. Quiet, accessible to shopping center, walkable distance to supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi. It was clean, comfortable, great communication with the lobby, spacious, we couldn’t have had a better stay.

To clarify a few things in the posting. The unit had a kitchen supplied with 2 plates, 2 glasses, and 2 each of eating utensils. Nothing to clean them with. There was no sink stopper to be able to wash them. I had to go back to the check in building to find ask about the pots/pans as there was no signs in the apartment telling you this. You have to obtain the pot/pan and two cooking utensils from reception after paying a refundable deposit. NO knives included! The complex is not near any mass transit so you will either take a Uber/Taxi. It is close to the airport. The breakfast offers a variety of items but when they say it stops at 10:30 it does. The coffee machines are turned off even if people are still there eating. The apartment was not as big as pictured. Was not sure the guy who checked me in was actually still alive. There is a shopping center/grocery store within walking distance. The units are very quiet. There is a small park within walking distance. You are no where near the city.

First, the room smelled like cigarettes, there was dirty dishes and areas around the room (walls, doors, couch) were cracked/ripped. I informed them about the awful smell of cigarettes, nothing was done to my knowledge.. we had to place our luggage inside a rooms closet so our clothes weren’t contaminated. We ended staying for the duration of our stay, but moved to another hotel for the remanding days in Madrid.

Wanted to stay near airport for morning flight

Simple hotel-apartment. We originally wanted to stay at an apartment near airport as we were taking the early morning flight. But you still have to book a Grab or Taxi, so perhaps staying in town no difference. The apartment does provide a kettle, cups, cutlery, refrigerator. Unfortunately no washing machine, nor dryer, just the laundry service. Nothing to do there except perhaps a walk to a rather large shopping mall.

We were disappointed, due to the pictures and information were exaggerated a bit. It was not true to the description. It also had a very strong and uncomfortable smell. It could have been the cleaning supply or an air fresher scent which was not pleasant. It had a great location
