Overall property would be quite nice and hip - but at a very busy corner. There was major roadworks out front and halfway through the stay they tore the lobby out to start renovations so you could not access the elevator. I also did not receive my room upgrade. Breakfast and view from rooftop restaurant was very nice.

Excellent vibe in the hotel, it was a mix of funky modern and mouthful with Madrid personality. Very conveniently located next to Atocha train station and at a walk distance from El Prado Museum, Parque del Retiro, La Cibeles Fiuntain and Palace and other popular city areas. They did discount at the end of my stay. Also staff very polite. Food in hotel delicious and especially in the seventh floor restaurant good cheese platter and salads !

Paid for a balcony room, but asked to be moved after the first night. The hotel currently faces a massive construction site as well as the central train station. Cabbies honking, construction noise, frequent sirens and a balcony door that did not block out sound made for a rough first night. Asked to me moved to a different room and the accomdated, but the following morning it seemed like they were rearranging furniture in the next room for an hour or 2. The hotel has a lot of F&B outlets, but availability is spotty and the staff doesn’t seem to know where or when you can get service. We were told the breakfast buffet was included, so we utilized it a couple of times (it’s great BTW), but then they tried to charge us on checkout. Good stay overall, but some hiccups.

Only there from now on!

It was great. Restaurant on 7th floor excellent as well as the lobby food. Staff is young, pleasant, friendly, helpful and dynamic. Nespresso and kettle in room. Large bathroom. The hotel had good energy and location excellent across from Atocha Train Station and close to El Prado and other Museums and places of interest.

We have stayed there a few times but in addition to the central location and the ambiance the attention to detail and support from the staff was absolutely amazing. I would especially like to single out the following staff who went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. Elena Zamora was able to book a reservation at the Diverxo (which is a top 5 in the world Michelin Star restaurant) with only 1 day after the request. She insured that it was a truly memorable experience. Everyone else was simply amazing, kind and positive. The staff is always available for a request, a smile, or even an ice cold glass of cava. It’s out favorite place to stay in Madrid
