Great hotel 5 min from the Prado and much else. We had a lovely balcony room. Most importantly the staff was great. We were there for the blackout and the staff got us through, staying up all night to help us and many others.

Hotel was an easy walk from Atocha train station. Rooms are efficient; tiny, like a cruise ship, but has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well laid out

Really nice place with a nice staff working there. They were very helpful. After a twenty hour journey, I wasn’t thinking straight, and accidentally left one of our suitcases without locking the locker. One of the front desk people found it and locked it up for me. That was huge!

Close to the train station and a ton of restaurants. Not far from top attractions. Staff were friendly and super helpful at the counter and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. Room was small but clean. We put our suitcases under the bed to free up room.
