Great location. Super friendly and informative staff. Breakfast buffet is good value. Stayed 2 nights. Room was small but worked for us. Put suitcase under bed. Open hangers for coats etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SLEEP'N Atocha, and while the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The real standout, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shoutout to Karina, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Hotel is in a great location, staff was incredibly nice and polite, breakfast buffet was great. Overall the single bed room could be nicer but no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Love the hotel and its concept. Staff are very friendly especially Maite in reception. She is warm and very polite. She went out of her way to do small things that means a lot eg showing me to the nearest and most convenient lift to my room. Her gesture costs nothing but it means a lot in Service Delivery and Customer Experience. Kudos Maite. Keep up the excellent work and continue to delivery exceptional hospitality.

Convenient location.

Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins walk from Atocha train station.Room is clean and they make the beds daily. 3 mins walk from nearest Metro Station. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties and located at the 7th floor of the hotel.

central and convenient location - we could walk everywhere. staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was tasty. the facility itself is pretty basic and you’d need to be pretty comfortable with who you share your room with - the bathroom is only separated with a screen and you hear everything. but it’s great value for money and I’d stay again.

Friendly hotel

This was my second stay at this small, friendly hotel. The staff are particularly lovely and welcoming. The location is great for the main art museums, and the rooms are clean and comfortable if a little small. I also had their very good breakfast which is a buffet on the top of the hotel. All in all this is an excellent place to stay whilst visiting Madrid
