Perfect stay

This by far has been my best stay anywhere in Spain to date. Location was perfect to see anything in Madrid (walkable or public transportation). The apartment was very comfortable and very spacious. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and a joy to sleep in it. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to choose from. All of the restaurants we used were great and reasonably priced. The wi-fi was spotty at times but at least it was usable. I will definitively stay again if I go to Madrid again.

This was a great place to stay to launch our trip to Spain. It’s easily walkable to all the major sites in Madrid and, while the area was very loud on Friday and Saturday nights when we were there, the apartment itself was very clean, safe and lovely. I would highly recommend this property.

It was large and the door codes always worked. Wifi worked fine. Not one English station on tv. Some interior decor was rough, including missing curtain hooks, burn hole on couch, broken lamp shade. Overall well used. Worse thing was the noise level at night from 12am-5am…bring earplugs!!! So seedy the neighborhood and party bars & discos all night, screaming & carrying on. Yikes.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 days. I did not receive an email for access information to the room until 2:55PM after calling twice which was stressful. Location was great and close to Gran Via and Puerto de Alcala. Close to the metro stations. The room was spacious and was comfortable. I loved that there was a washer but no dryer. Clothing had to be hung dry. A dry rack was provided. I also liked that the kitchen had all the amenities we could use. I liked that coffee was provided, but they only provided 2 pods of coffee. The hot water pot had rust in it so I did not use it after seeing it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Very nice except the bed was hard and I hit my head on the sloped ceiling twice. sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, clean, spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
