The location was great to get to everything. The property management was fantastic and communicated very well. We arrived early from the US and they tried their best to get us an early check in which was above and beyond. We had an issue with the TV/WIFI and communicated well and did their best to resolve it. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Loved our stay and how easy it was to walk to everything.

Easy to access, but seems a little stressful waiting up to 3pm to receive your access codes. Peeling wallpaper, and stained floorboards. The sofa bed in the lounge was very loud to sleep on and uncomfortable. Lots of noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay. The location however, was excellent.

This property was perfect for our family of four's one night stay in Madrid. It was clean and had all of the essentials, including a washer and small kitchen. Access to the apartment was through an email so be aware that you need internet to get into the property. It was an easy safe place to walk around, and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

No laundry that I know of. Sofa had cigarettes burns and sofa bed potentially had bed bugs as kids woke up with welts on their face and hands. Overall it was pretty clean, though I wouldn’t call it spotless.
