Had a really homely feel, Georgina made you feel really welcome. Breakfast was good. View was amazing. We had an upper, twin aspect room, so not only did we get a lovely view of the sea, we were able to watch the fruit bats too.

Lovely Cottage right on the beach

Amazing value for money, very nice land lady and staff always helpful and accommodating. This cottage is literally across the road from Beau Vallon Beach, and we had a 1st floor balcony room, recommended. And there is also a beach bar attached. Highly recommended

Perfect Location Clean Accommodation

Across the road from a lovely beach, close to restaurants and a pedestrian walk. We were treated with friendly service and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was seasonal fruit, eggs and toast and excellent coffee - served on a patio outside. We loved watching the different birds in the garden. The WiFi signal was strong which was an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay at Georgina's Cottage.

Awesome location, facilities and host!

Fantastic place to stay. The location right opposite the beach in Beau Vallon is great, the rooms are perfect with plenty of space, good aircon etc. The breakfast is delicious every morning and all the staff are very polite and friendly. Gina is brilliant and was very helpful to us each and every day with advice on where to go and what to do. One of the best locations in Mahe and we would definitely love to come back!

My 1st time in the Seychelles which made so easy and nice by the owner and the staff who where so helpful, the room are a good size and the location a great a couple off dive out fits with in walking distaste a beautiful beach across the road and bus stop next to the guesthouse

The Cottage is only separated of the road from the beautiful beach. The staff gives you a warm welcome, is always friendly, smiling and helps with tips and ideas what to do in the vicinity and on the islands. We had a simple, spacious room with a little kitchen. It has a fridge and a two-flame cooker, enough to prepare small dishes. Coffee, creamer and sugar are offered in the room. The bed is very comfy and the room has aircon and a fan. The breakfast is served every morning on the veranda or the small annex. They serve a plate of fresh local fruits, eggs, toast, jam, a bit of sweets, coffe or tea. Very delicious! This year openend their bar 'The Beach Shak' on the other side of the road. There you can enjoy a cocktail, wine or beer while looking at the sea. Try their house cocktail with ginger .... There are two small shops/ supermarkets nearby. The diveshop Big Blue Divers is 10 in on foot. We spent ost of our days with them diving. The town is almost 5-10 in on foot, with small shops and food stalls by the seaside. The busstop is almost in front of the hotel. We love Georgina's Cottage! It's not for nothing, that we have been staying with them for the third year in a row. And hopefully we'll be back!

Pleasant bed and breakfast guest house, steps away from Beau Vallon Beach. Comfortable rooms, Georgina the.owner is helpful and friendly.Breakfasts are basic, though ; a bit more variety would have been welcome.

Charming hotel in lovely part of Mahe.

Charming hotel just by the beach in lively Beau Vallon. The rooms are basic but good size and got all the things you need to go self catering. They provided breakfast every morning which was lovely with table service. Loads of fresh fruits. Staff was very helpful and they let us keep our room almost a full day as our flight was at 9pm free of charge which was so kind! The areas is well connected to Victoria by bus and beautiful beaches, snorkeling and hike trails within walking distance. We would be happy to come back and stay here, the place was great and great value for money!

We really like this property. The staff was really nice and helpfull. They also helped when my husband need a first-aid. Really close to the nice beach and to the shop. I can highlight just one oportunitry for improvement: the beds were quite used and uncomfortable,

Wanna feel connected to the local pop?

We were auooosed to have two nights, but I had to change at the last minute to just one night. Gina was super responsive and accommodating. I had hurt my foot and she welcomed us and offered up a room that was closer (and I dare say the quieter in the property!), which was incredibly kind. Gina offered restaurant suggestions all the while coordinating the taxi to and fro and securing the reservation call. She was an absolute delight and was the biggest star of our visit. Beau Vallon beach is literally steps from the little street. Our weather was great and our day was unhurried and as easy as transition travel gets!

Service with a smile

We booked the family room as travelling with adult children and was a bit surprised by the accommodation as it wasn't like the other rooms photographed. However, we only needed a place to sleep and shower and it definitely did the job. What the room lacked was made up by the owners and staffs hospitality. Would definitely stay again but in the main rooms. Looking forward to having a drink at your beach bar when it's finished. Thanks for a great start to our seselwa experience.
