The room is small but does everything you need in a hotel room plus you can enjoy the common lounge to stretch out, relax or work while enjoying a coffee, tea or hot chocolate drink which are available and free. If breakfast is part of tour package, you can spend $35 (per person) on anything you want in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building. That's enough for a hot breakfast dish, coffee and almond croissant if that's what you want. The only downside is that if you are older and a couple, the person sleeping on the window side of the (very large) bed, has to climb over their partner to get out. Other than that, it's great value for a high quality product. Ps, joggers only need to cross the road to enjoy a great esplanade run on the Fremantle foreshore.

Air conditioner not working. Hair dryer not working. Power and light switches grimey. By the time I arrived and discovered these things it was late afternoon and too late to change or complain. This has always been a good value budget motel for years but this is not acceptable. I will just have to wear this one but never again

All good nice and quiet

All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow.

We stayed here purely because we had a wedding to attend and the guest bus stopped here. Unless you’re a family who wants a holiday park ambience, I’d give it a miss. Can’t comment on staff/service because we used self check-in and check out. Convenient drive to Pokolbin region and other wineries.
