Alles Super! Schöne Finnhütte ! Achtung zum schlafen geht es eine schmale Treppe hoch! Zum abkühlen gibt es ein Pool! Für die optik ,einen schönen Teich! Ein grosser umzeunter Garten! Also Alles Gut ! Der Chef ist auch Nett !

Vertragskündigung bei der Anreise

Objekt #5104545 Reservierung HA-JSQ5XS Noch in den ersten Stunden nach der Anreise haben wir beim Vermieter (Fam. Keilus) widersprochen und eine entsprechende Nachricht an Fam. Keilus und an FeWo-Direkt geschickt. Weiter: mehrere Einzelpunkte entsprachen nicht den Zusagen. Beides ist trotz vieler Telefonate ohne Erfolg geblieben. Von FeWo-Direkt (Frankfurt am Main) wurde eine Mail zugesagt, die ebenfalls nicht angekommen ist. Unser Beschwerdebrief an legal@messages.homeaway.com blieb ebenso ohne Antwort. Wir erbitten auf diesem Wege nochmals eine Kontaktaufnahme. (tel 06327 601314, 0176 54404052) oder per Mail.

Doppelbelegung der Finnhütte

Beide Mieter stehen am Anreisetag vor dem Objekt. Dem Vermieter ist die Doppelbelegung nicht aufgefallen. Die Buchung erfolgte jeweils vor über 6 Monaten. Angebotene Ersatzunterkunft war nicht gleichwertig. Geldausgleich war zu gering.

leider unpersönlich, Zustand des Bades entsprach nicht dem Inserat

1. Das Bad entsprach nicht nicht dem Inserat in Fewo-direkt.de. dazu kam noch, das die Dusche an vielen Stellen verschimmelt war 2. Der mit vermietete Pool war nicht gereinigt und wurde auch während der Mietdauer vom Vermieter nicht gereinigt. Wenn man einen Pool als Highlight mit vermietet muss dieser auch zu benutzen sein. 3. Bereits Sonntags wurde der defekte Toaster gemeldet und während unserer Urlaubswoche leider nicht ersetzt. 4. Das Spülbecken in der Küche ist völlig verfärbt. 5. Sehr unpersönliche Kommunikation. Weder der Vermieter noch eine Servicekraft haben eine Abnahme bzw. Übernahme gemacht. 6. zusätzliche, vorher nicht aufgeführte Kosten wie Strom und Kurtaxe Kosten sollten bar auf den Tisch gelegt werden. Hier warten wir aktuell noch auf die Bankverbindung des Vermieters. Alles in Allem war es trotzdem ein recht schönes Objekt, aber die o.g. Mängel trübten den Gesamteindruck doch erheblich. Das Haus liegt sehr einsam im Wald. Schnell mal Brötchen holen war nicht möglich.
