Only acceptable if you’re in a pinch and need to be in Tribeca desperately. The bed felt itchy. Gym has been abandoned, completely unusable and tiny. Weird stairs to get to the check in.

It was ok. The rooms were small, nice design but the finish work was not quality. Comfy beds. The common area and the coffee shop was amazing. If you’re there to buy counterfeit knock offs, you’re in a prime location. Probably won’t stay here again.

Great hotel! Great staff. My only complaint was that the rooms are comically small. I’m 6’2 and I had to sleep diagonally on the bed. Even then I couldn’t quite stretch out all the way. That’s too small, even for nyc.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very small but stylish. Location is great. Very easy to access little Italy and all of Tribeca. I would stay there again.

Everything was great inside & staff terrific. Thankfully not loud because on 10th floor & I had a beautiful skyline of Chrysler & Empire State Building but yikes the entire perimeter is surrounded by counterfeit hustlers, migrants & addicts. I didn’t quite realize when I booked that on the wrong side of west broadway

Love the bottle of wine at check in. We wish you could get coffee before 630am. The loud Latino Rap music at the rooftop bar was a little out of character for the ambience.
