Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!

Room was good could have been better with a deep clean. Nice and spacious - all in all great location for relaxed vibe. Staff was very hospitable probably my favourite part of our stay was interacting with staff! My husband requested they do something in our room as it was our anniversary and they really went all out for us. Appreciate Sheraton resort so much. Will definitely be back.

They not good with communication (replying to emails). Staff was very friendly, rooms where cleaned every day, the food at the restaurant where dinner is, is a little bit pricey and they can consider a new menu also, food not on top of the range. They can consider playing more music at the pool so it can bring bring a holiday atmosphere, otherwise it was good

Housekeeping was a major issue. They always forgot to either top up coffee/tea or leave bottle waters, toilet rolls. They never once cleaned the toilet or wipe down the sink, mirror or shower. I too use to do house keeping and even for a stay, these things were mandatory especially for a 5 star hotel. Also very pricey compared to other resorts in Apia. I stayed for 9 nights, next time I’ll stay for 1 or 2 nights and spend the majority of my time & money at Taumeasina resort. The staff however were very welcoming and polite.

Great location. Dining is really limited. Pool is beautiful but closed because they couldn’t keep it clean. Property is generally run down and it feels like it has got away from them. Not really Marriott standard.
