Parking not clear - states must pay on arrival but £25 at machine. If we’d have waited until we got inside it was £15. Panicked as traffic officer taking photos of cars. No apology given by hotel. Drinks on tap overpriced and not very nice

Stayed the night before an early morning flight. Bar & restaurant were fine & the hotel was within walking distance of all the terminals (T2 being the furthest away at around 15mins walk). Rooms were comfortable & had tea & coffee making facilities.

The WiFi Internet was not working at all. There was no stable connection. When I talked to staff they told me that nothing they can do beside to reset the router, which did not make any difference. There was not shuttle service available either, taxi and uber are the only options to go to the airport or anywhere else!
