I had a 2pm check in but I came ealier and thought I pay extra for thus early hrs . But the lady could only speak very borken english and I couldn't under stand her . I showed her my booking but was still very confused. This went on for a 1/2 hr so I cut my my loss

The place was really quiet and the room is relaxing..my only concern is that some of the appliances are not working...like in the kitchen and laundry...so it would be hard if u'll staying a little longer..but it's really clean and comfortable to stay..

Elevators are out of Service 80% of the time!

Our stay is not so good because the elevator is often times out of Service ! It’s very inconvenient to walk to the other wing of the Building so that we can get to the only elevator that’s working ( 3 of the 4 elevators are out of Service )!
