Hard to find the main office to check in. Local store limited on supplies. Older property which wasn’t bad. Not much beach. Room was big and nice. No coffee supplies so make sure you bring your own.

Great family vaca!

What a great stay we had! Our first time in the keys and it was fantastic! We booked 2 nights initially but after spending time at the tiki bar with Jeff while waiting for our room and watching the kite surfers, we booked a 3rd night. The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind and Joe the tiki bar bartender made great tropical drinks and played incredible music. We are already plotting our next vacation here!

Family owned resort. The staff was fantastic. The place was beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. Husband and I came down for the week on a getaway. He scuba dived three days and I laid on the beach which felt like my own little island. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again.

The overall resort is clean. The beds were uncomfortable, too soft. There is a beach, however the beach is less than desirable. The pictures on their website and hotels.com are not what we experienced. There were tracks from equipment on the beach. There are limited beach chairs on the beach and surrounding the adult pool. The kayaks we wanted to use were broken and had a limited supply of other equipment. The hours for use of the activities equipment are limited, stopping at 5pm. No hours posted for the pool, however we’re told not to be used after sunset despite being an adults only pool. The tiki bar closes at 6, however there are other places for food and drink, but not appropriate to wear pool clothing to. The sunrise was beautiful both mornings we were there.

What a cozy atmosphere! The rooms were decorated beautifully, the roof top bar and hangout was awesome. The staff there were fun and friendly, and the musicians singing were amazing. Very entertaining! Restaurants close by, but the roof top had appetizers that are delicious. Megan and Marvin were so nice as our bartenders. We can’t wait to visit again.

Everything in and around the property was really nice the only thing I didn’t like was the beds in the rooms were very loud and uncomfortable. We had two rooms booked and in both of the rooms it was the same issue.

Property right on the water. Most everything was great. It was nasty out when we arrived and we were told to come back another day for a tour of the property. Went back and asked about tour but office person Morgan didnt seem to care even though she is the one that told us to come back. All other office personnel were great.

We LOVE Grassy Flats! This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!! Grassy flats has everything you want from a large resort such as dining options, water sports, multiple pools, a convenience market but with the laid back, quiet and quaint small beach resort vibes.

The resort was beautiful. We added the Romance Package and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and clean and the ocean view was wonderful. The adults-only pool made our trip even more enjoyable.

Marketed as a resort but it was disappointing compared to pictures. Entrance difficult to spot. Room was very nice except it was an accessible room so bathroom floor always soaked after showers. Staff all lovely, Wilma the cat visited our room . Pool is tiny and so much foliage. No real beach area available to sit on and do much debris on the beach that it was really very unappealing to try and swim or use kayak. Rhum House restaurant was excellent. The Grassy Flats convenience store for breakfast or lunch was great too. Didn’t rate the beach bar zero atmosphere snd mess that helpful lady working the bar.

It was a nice place, clean. We had a late check in (after 7pm). Instructions to get our keys were great, the instructions to get to our room were kind of difficult. The numbers on the building to get to our rooms did not match our instructions. The elevator stopped working, at breakfast they ran out of plates and utensils about half way through breakfast and were not able to find them.
