Unfortunate

Definitely disappointing to hear that the pool was under construction as we specifically booked here for the splash pad for our toddler and the deep pool for our teenagers. Our room definitely needed updating, tears on the box springs and gross carpet when other rooms have nice laminate. Let’s be realistic, anyone that comes here doesn’t come for a fancy room, but when the hide a bed couch cushions can’t even be put on properly, and the zippers are faced out, lamps don’t work, it’s just not ideal.

You don’t get what reserved. I reserved 2 rooms -2 queen size beds and they gave me doubles when I asked about it they said they were queens but definitely was not queens. The price was expensive not worth the quality I had blood on my walls and ceiling house keeping came at 7-8 am and then we had to find them to ask for essentials (toilet paper etc) overall not worth it for the price they advertise!

Stayed here with my friend and young daughter and the area outside the hotel was very sketchy, the rooms were filthy and there was sketchy people walking around the hallways. It is definately not what it used to be like. It used to be clean, safe and family friendly years ago. Very disapointed. Will not be returning again.

Very shady area, people hanging out in the lobby, old building and dirty beds. I changed hotels within 2 hours of checking in. If I can rate a minus I would. Do not recommend at all.
