Didn't stay to use aircon. Checked in and checked right back out - it looked & smelled terrible. Furniture was broken and bedding had cigarette burn holes. I would not sleep there or park my car there for fear of harm and danger.

Rooms were not very clean and the installations in general look very old and dirty. They mention free breakfast, but it's only a table in the lobby with one kind of pastries and coffee, so not really a breakfast! The staff was nice, and helped us to change into a more decent room, so that's why I put the 2 stars.

I booked a room and did not even stay in the room. I left right away. They can see this from one of their 50 cameras they have around the property watching from the front desk. Smelled so bad. Bed did not have sheets on it. Disgusting stains on it. Sofa cushions were torn and had big holes with no cover. I have videos of all this. Expedia attempted to call, email and reach out repeatedly about a refund and they refused. Horrible horrible service

Make sure to scroll for the $150 security depot.

Be sure to scroll at the way down to the bottom of the hotel stay before making the appointment. If you’re already pinching pennies for the cost, be advised of the $150 deposit that is due upon arrival too. Not easily found on the app and misleading when the all inclusive price isn’t really the case. Headed to the Sac VA with the service animal and wanted to drive up the night before and splurge on a room for us rather than sleeping in the car or waking up early and risking falling asleep at the wheel or getting stuck in rush hour traffic. After much persistence I was able to get the money for the booking refunded that night thru the website customer support for Hotels.com. The has another fit card reissued so I didn’t have to return back to my house or face sleeping in my car at the hospital in the parking lot.
