Excellent central location

The staff are amazingly friendly. Nice room with gorgeous furniture. Loved staying there

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. While there wasn't a balcony, there was an opening window for fresh air. Being a CBD hotel, there wasn't a view but the location was central and close to everywhere including the university, museum, art gallery and the mall. The hotel had an excellent bar with good food and drink. The room had plenty of powerpoints and a desk and a lounge area with chairs and coffee table so was easy to work in or relax. It was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff that made the stay so welcoming.

We had a 6th floor apartment and couldn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The room was well furnished with a washer/drier, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Hassle free. There is a bit of tirdness showing in the decor. But we had a easy time there. Great area to move around from. Trams stop just up street a bit.
