I had reserved a queen bed and when I arrived after 15 hours of travel, they told me that they only had single beds left. When I showed the reservation. They said there was nothing they could do. I also proceeded to find blood on my blanket, Expedia said the property refused to give me a refund. This was a horrible customer experience.

8 pleasant days in beautiful Medellin

Cozy room perfect for one person, service staff were friendly & accommodating. Room service was excellent although a bit more variety would have been appreciated. That being said there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance or you could have Rappi (equiv of DoorDash) deliver anything relatively quickly.

Excellent hotel option in Medellin. The neighborhood is safe and you can easily access commercial areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean. What I enjoyed the most is the staff’s friendliness. Always there to help with a smile. Just like everyone in Medellin: generous, polite and friendly. I highly recommend Eco Hub.

I just stayed one night before catching our plane. The hotel is ok - it is convenient. The room was huge, the beds comfy, but it is a bit dated. It was also very noisy outside in the hallway. The bathroom was very small. Overall it was good though.

Exceptional yet not terribly luxurious but everything worked. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful v and socially engaging. Not stilted behind the desk. If the kitchen help and custodians are friendly and engaging. The breakfast buffet is a winner!
