We loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and took care of every detail. The room was comfortable and spotless, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is ideal, and the facilities make the experience even better. Without a doubt, we would come back in a heartbeat

The hotel is charming, and it would be wonderful if the restaurant service improved so that staff could pay more attention to guests needing snacks while swimming in the pool. The sauna was a bit cooler compared to other hotels where I stayed. The room is very spacious and features a large bathroom. Overall, I would might stay here again.

I've stayed here a number of times and the reason I do so is: the wonderful staff, great food in the restaurant, and a quiet atmosphere. Located in a walkable area and a very short ride to Provenza or Mall Santa Fe.

I loved the kitchen staff and the dining experience. When I arrived they recently closed whirlpool for the rainy season. This was a big bummer. I did not have a great experience with the WiFi. I do not recommend this hotel if you need to use zoom or similar for work. I had to go back and forth during the day to another hotel just so I had strong enough WiFi. I stayed a week and everyday the WiFi measured less than 10mbps upload/download speed.

A nice quiet Hotel. I had a good rest. Unless you rent a car, you will need a Uber or Taxi to get around Medellin.

The hotel name is confusing i made a reservation for Dan Carlton and end up there were 2 , this one is in a hill secluded area . Reacheable only by car .tried to change to the other one but didnt work .

I had a great stay at this hotel in Medellín. It was safe, quiet, and had a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly and caring, making the experience even better. I am satisfied and would stay here again.

El Poblado district is lovely

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The master TV size was grand. The location was quiet and beautiful. But the pool was considerably smaller than the pictures suggest, the fitness center ran out of water, and the mini bar is overpriced - cheaper to get Rappi.
