Check-in staff were not friendly and seemed irritated by any question. The room was very basic for the price. No coffee maker..not even cups to get a drink of water for medication. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast definitely not free!

I accidentally left behind a canvas bag in my room after we had already taken the shuttle to the airport. Miguel, in Lost and Found, went to my room, located the bag, and sent it to me via the shuttle. Fantastic customer service and I was very grateful. Quick overnight stay before our early morning flight. Shuttle to airport was right in front in the morning. We did have to wait a little bit for the shuttle to get us on the return but overall close and convenient to airport

The bathroom doors in this hotel are on rollers and do not close or seal. Everything that happens in the bath room is heard and shared by everyone in the hotel room. No one wants to hear someone else using the toilet!

Very clean! Also, provided free transporation to and from airport. Only one restaurant and there was quite a wait to be seated and for food. It was loud at times. Blame this on young girl cheerleading team staying there. Otherwise was typical hotel room with small bathroom. Could use some updating in the rooms.

Shuttle service not reachable

Airport shuttle was not available at airport and contact info through BOT could only send text messages to call shuttle service to US numbers. Not from US. Had to take taxi instead 😞
