Had to change room three times because they were dirty or unmade, broken elevator, out of service pool, no one is EVER at the front desk or picks up the phone

Bed was very hard definitely needed a new mattress. Slept on couch the second night and slept better.Also could not use microwave due to to not being able to plug it in to there cabinet.

Tim at the front desk was amazing!!!! the property was very clean. Staff was very helpful especially Tim. The bed was so hard it felt as if I was sleeping on a BOARD.it sat very low as if requested a accessible room. I had two rooms rm 322 and 324 both beds sat low. and were very very EXTRA HARD. i WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR THAT REASON. none of us got a nights rest!!!!

We have stayed there the past two year, and while it is not fancy, it is convenient and cheap. This past weekend we stayed there and I will never go back. The room was not clean, found inappropriate items left behind from the previous occupant. Smoke detector had a grocery sack taped to it, and when we told house keepers, they said the previous person probably was smoking and told US to just remove it. No hot water that night, but we did the next day after bringing it to their attention. Breakfast was also not what it used to be, and the coffee was empty during both breakfasts. And, the pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment for my daughter.

Reason for the room was the hot tub. After filling up with water and turning on the jets, hair clogs came out and filled the water. Didn't use the tub because didn't want to get std's by soaking in the water.
