The room was well appointed and the buffet breakfast was surprisingly good. The only negative was that on our last night a large group of teenage boys checked in on our floor and were incredibly disruptive, with no efforts on anyone's part (parents, guardians, hotel staff) to minimise this disruption to other guests. We were glad to check out the next morning. There was also some miscommunication between staff on late check-out and I had to reiterate that I'd requested and had late check-out confirmed to multiple different people.

Great place to stay , clean, comfortable well appointed rooms, good breakfast options. Seems a bit short on front desk staff when it gets busy. Table tennis set up in main foyer poor choice, was hijacked by extended families for 10 hours straight who made this area their second family room. Felt more like a family theme park rather than a hotel. Provide some back up to front desk.
