This is an inconspicuous hotel but it is definitely 5 star. From the moment you walk in you feel very relaxed and welcome. The interior is very eye catching and makes you want to explore everywhere inside. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and our first night we went to the bar for drinks. The bartender Ivan welcomed us with open arms and even made us a little fruit and chocolate flambé to celebrate! The wine options are very good as well. Breakfast was fantastic as there are a ton of options. The fresh fruit juice and pastries were really great. Best bacon we’ve ever had! The service was very attentive as well. Even the dining room itself is appealing. Everything is within walking distance to the hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. The fountain is right down the street and great for photos. The entire city is walkable, with numerous places hidden down alleys. The train station is a little far though and will require a taxi. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Genoa.

Stunning renovation of a heritage property. Staff take pride in making sure everything is clean and in good condition. Staff are all courteous and always ready to help. Breakfast was as expected in a good hotel, but if you have other preferences you must order from the menu. A great hotel all around!

I really liked the hotel. It’s beautifully maintained inside, and the staff are very friendly and take their time to assist you. The service was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean. The only downside is that the walls are not soundproof, but aside from that, it’s a great place to stay.

Located in the historic center of Genoa. Very walkable to all palaces, museums, and churches. Great staff and service. Dinner was very good. Wine selection above average. Valet parking 29 euros a day but plenty of cheaper municipal parking.

The perfect location to be able to walk to everything but still very quiet. The staff were great, the hotel itself is beautiful & we loved being in the thick of it all with a nice place to retreat.
