It was pretty good. Only issues were the pillows was flat like pancakes, the mini fridge and AC kept making a weird noise, and their was a weird smell. But other than that it was an easy check in process the room was clean.

You get what you paid for. It’s close to a big gas station and a main road, so it’s noise.

The customer service was wonderful. The hotel is a little outdated but very clean and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The linens were clean. We had an enjoyable stay.
Room itself was ok. Fairly clean, comfortanle bed. Kept hearing a loud hum, figured out was from the frig. Unplugged it, and that eliminated that noise. There was loud banging next door, don't know what from. Liked that room was on main floor, made it convenient to take my dog out. The outside grounds were littered with trash and dog waste.
Checkin was quick & easy - no problem there. The room was average for the price - no problem there either.
However, late in the evening the room "freshener" wore off, and its scent was replaced by a distinct smell of dog, and even dog pee at times. If my wife had not been sound asleep for a couple of hours at that point I would have asked for a change of room.
I mentioned at checkout that I was unhappy. The desk clerk apologised, and said that if I had told him early he would have moved us to another room. I pointed out to him that the bad smell was masked by an air freshener when we checked in, so I was unaware there was an issue. He apologised again, but clearly could do nothing.
I wish that there was a way to select only rooms that had not had "pets" staying in them
