👍Nice Overnight stay

Great little overnight stay. We saw a concert at the Landers Center, just a few miles away. Convenient to restaurants and Tanger Outlets. Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly staff, CLEAN facilities and room, full breakfast, indoor pool. Bed was decently comfortable, clean sheets, clean bathroom, quiet, blackout curtains. We had the pool all to ourselves and pool towels were provided (small, think of a hand towel). Full breakfast: grits, eggs, sausage, pancake station, French toast, cereal options, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice. Overall, we would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Do not stay here

Do not stay here. Just don’t. The beds were horrible, the bathroom wasn’t stocked on shampoo, conditioner, lotion (I asked for them to fill the bottles and they only filled the shampoo), and the breakfast they offer was absolutely disgusting and inedible. Absolutely horrible. I wished I would had booked elsewhere.

This hotel has personality. They really embrace the music culture of the area. After dark, just as an added security measure, you can’t get into the building without a room key. I didn’t feel the need for that extra security, but I thought it was a nice touch anyway. We arrived very late, around 11pm, and I still didn’t feel unsafe in this area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean and welcoming and the room was just what we’d expected. My only complain was that the elevator smelled horribly of marijuana. But I don’t suppose the staff has too much control over that. So that doesn’t really affect my review. If I needed to stay in a hotel in this area again I would definitely stay here.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and polite and tried to be helpful when we had issues with the people staying above us. I had to call front desk twice during the night to complain of extreme noise above us. First time it sounded like they were playing ball up there and the next time was around 12:30 am when it sounded as though they were literally moving turning and jumping around. I literally went up there myself after calling the front desk and asked them to please calm down bc it was extremely loud in our room below theirs. Also, our air conditioner was VERY loud and annoying cutting on throughout the night and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly (I notified front desk of this upon arrival) and the shower wouldn’t drain properly so we were standing in water while showering. I feel that the price they charged for this hotel was a bit excessive for things to not work properly. But I do appreciate their help in trying to fix the noise situation above us.
