The staff and cleanliness were great. We got frisked by a security guard at the restaurant next door, however. That was definitely unsettling.

Extremely handy for both the airport and Greyhound bus station - and the complimentary transfers were very much appreciated. Comfortable enough but fairly basic. And the choice of venues for eating and drinking was limited to one rather unsavoury tex-mex restaurant, although I have to say security was good. We did get a basic breakfast though, which was very welcome. This was a good choice for a stop-over and verygood value

This property was very convenient to the airport - a prime consideration. The price was also very good. The staff on both occasions I stayed here were incredibly nice and very helpful. My only complaint about the room(s) was the lingering smell of smoke (cigarette and other) - most likely from previous ownership of the property, as the facility is completely non-smoking now. A deep cleaning of all the rooms would benefit the experience. I would stay at this property again.

Around 2am awoke to a hot smell in our room. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. The room temperature increased by 10 degrees in 10 min. Called the desk, they brought us a fan. Turned off the unit but it continued to blow out hot air and had a hot smell. Gave up and checked out at 3:30am

Hotel was not in a very safe place, the restaurant right beside it was full of trouble and we left after being patted down and eyed by some of the patrons that made sure we were not the type to dine there. The hotel smelled of weed all the time and it was not like a second hand smoke type. It was more like cultivated weed was in that building. Room was clean and staff was ok but it was not a great place for me and my honey and we would never stay anywhere near Graceland again.
