Both Friday evening & Saturday afternoon into evening (6-8 hrs) there was NO WATER to the hotel…they claimed the city shut it off and didn’t bother to tell guests at hotel. We had a concert at 7pm saturday night (the entire purpose of the trip!) and no water at 2:30pm to take showers. Called front desk who were EXTREMELY rude and not helpful whatsoever!

No water horror

It was horrible. We get back to our room after walking around Beale St. There was no water. It was over 6 hrs without any. Yes we called desk. They told us there was nothing that could be done. Woke up in morning it was back on. Left for another fun day. Came back to the room no water again. Walked to front desk. They were apologizing. Finally after 6 hours it came on. Came very close to calling health department. So what else could go wrong. Yup, fire alarm went off. Evacuated the 4 th floor. It was contained in employee break room. I will never stay there again

Comfortable, clean room

Everything was great except for when we checked in they told us we wouldn’t have any water to drink or flush toilets for 6-8 hours. We were just checking in before we went to dinner and a concert so we weren’t going to be there during that time anyway.
