My first room had a broken heater , the staff was helpful and transferred me right away to another room . The second room had a broken toilet that was dripping and flushing all by itself . Again the staff was helpful , apologized and transferred me to another room . This room had its better day years ago . Dented light shade , scratched well worn table and TV bureau . The chair for the desk was DEPLORABLE and DISGUSTING and the shower had a broken temp regulator . The scrambled eggs were funny tasting , hard to explain . I'm on a road trip to California and my first 3 hotels were all good to great . I had nothing negative to say just good things. I'm sharing this so you don't think I'm just a complainer . If you are looking for a nice hotel to stay at , this isn't it !!!! I would not stay here again

We founf a roach by the microwave in 319, there was little rach in the microwave in the general food area. This was reported to the front desk attendant she gave me nice courtesy excuses and advised they pass their inspections.. my roommate.reported she found one in the room we were moved too room 315 by the bathroom sink.

I booked based on other Expedia reviews letting me know that it was decent for traveling/passing through. But when we arrived I was welcomed with a roach & mold in the bathroom. The hot water did not work in the shower. Our hotel room door also seemed to have been broken down before. I was persuaded to book based on the pet policy (moving across country with my cat) but I would book elsewhere if possible & just pay an additional fee if traveling with pets. The staff was very friendly and nice, both on the phone and in person, most of my grievances are with the building itself. For over $100 per night I think you can find something better in this area. Hope this helps! We only ended up staying for about 2-3 hours.
