Good stay with some hiccups

The staff is amazing and are very kind and work hard to meet every request. There were a few points of confusion. Our room was not available upon arrival, so they put us in an upgraded room. The room, however, had a very strong mold smell and the AC struggled to cool the bedroom. We were grateful to move into our actual room the following day, which was much better, though a little bit dated. There was also some confusion around the location of breakfast on Sunday. Otherwise, the executive lounge is a great perk, especially if traveling with children. The pool is also large and never felt too crowded.

very retty. front desk had checked me into a room, which was NOT what I resered. then rechecked me into another room. I was unclear the entire stay of where dining benefits could be used. They could get more help n these areas. Although friendly and could speak english well, they were clueless as to meeting reservations as not enough information for them apparently
