Good Staff but Bad Stuff

You couldn’t temper the shower,the water was boiling all the time and the bathroom window has gaps where you can feel the breeze coming from the outside.My TV wasn’t working,I called front desk and they sent a technician and blame housekeeping,then housekeeping came with a new remote control and still TV wasn’t working and he blamed the technician for not knowing his job.At the end nobody fixed the TV for all the 5 days I stayed.I won’t come back.Plus a 11 am check out and 4pm check in.

My room had a broken shower, no hot water, phone didn’t work. There were bees in the bathroom when I arrived. No other rooms available. Also, upon arriving after booking and paying I was hit with a $40 per night “facility fee” which is obviously just a sneaky way to advertise a lower price and get people to make reservations and then charge them more.

Beautiful hotel in the center of the theater district. Only a 2 minute walk to Times Square. Room was comfortable, hotel was clean. Friendly helpful staff.

Well worn hotel with great location

This hotel has seen much better days. I remember the day when the Paramount was the hot property to visit - cool, contemporary and hip. Not so much anymore. The location can’t be beat but buyer beware: You get what you pay for. The rooms were always hip sparse now look in desperate need of a paint job and thorough cleaning.My room looked like a well worn dorm room at the end of the semester.

Not Bad But Small Rooms

The staff was friendly and helpful! We didn't realize you had to reserve parking before hand, so we called to ask for alternative options. A garage two blocks up on 43rd St was less expensive and not much farther away (approx 10 minute walk). The room we got was tiny though! Not a huge fan of the two flat feather pillows. We had to sit on the toilet at an angle to fit on it because it was so close to the wall. The room could use a bit of updating as well. Overall not bad for a two night stay where we just needed a place to sleep and shower. The vibe of the hotel reception area was fun!

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The property was clean and offered a wide variety of services to make my stay as easy as possible. The only thing that was an issue were the outlets in my room either didn't work or were so loose that my plugs would not stay in. That made charging devices harder. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again.
