This hotel was excellent for location, cleanliness, and the lobby area, especially the bar! The only downside was a small room and bathroom, hot and cold water negotiable. Staff were lovely.

Pros: Location was excellent, in the middle of the theater district and close to Times Square. Single room was small yet efficient. Good housekeeping. Problems included room safe broken, shower didn't drain properly, and worst was not being able to heat the room sufficiently, despite calling the hotel engineer to help with the thermostat. Note: Shampoo and body wash is provided, no conditioner or lotion, must ask for wash cloth.
