Was not happy with the beeakfast they tell u is free but u have to pay 18dols to sit never again stay there

Clean rooms, bathrooms very clean, staff friendly and polite

Property was pretty clean, there was a couple of functions going on that night that made for a very busy lobby area, breakfast was 3 out of 5, pool area was small and very crowded.

Was convenient to everything

Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again.

The front desk staff was great. But it was pretty gross when asking for different towels when the housekeeper was touching used towels with her bare hands. Also, there are kids and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I think it needs to be better managed of where to put kids where they are not gonna be adults.
