What really turned me off was a baby in the pool with a diaper and when reported I was thanked and nothing was done about it. Gross. I picked that's hotel for the indoor pool

The older lady who is at the front desk in the morning is rude. She Was giving us attitude and was talking about the guest when we were coming down. The night crew is very nice and understanding. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were hair pieces everywhere in the bathroom and stains on the walls.

Crazy things almost had me give 2 stars, but it was clean and large so I gave 4. Here are my picks for things that could easily be fixed: -I had an ADA room, which was roomy and accommodating, however it was a tub with bars rather that a walk in shower but that was ok for us. The bigger issue was there was not a single towel/robe hook anywhere near the tub! The only place for towels was the other side of the large bathroom or floor. Silly thing easily and cheaply fixed! -Pool hours are perfect for all the screaming kids, but do not at all accommodate traveling professionals. I wanted to swim early (one reason I chose this property) but it’s only open 9-9 and those times were loaded with kids. Would it be so inconvenient to open at 7? -Last issue is simply the self-service issue we’re espousing everywhere. Take out your own trash and get clean towels at the desk (there are regularly bags of trash and piles of towels in the hallways. Yuck!). I guess if this is the new norm, it would be nice to have receptacles for the nasty stuff. Thank you and I hope my input helps both the site and future visitors.

Très bien situé pour se rendre à Boston, Salem et autres points d'intérêt. La ville d'Andover est mignonne aussi. Tout était parfait à part l'isolation de la porte de chambre.

Better options in Andover I'm sure

I would recommend you not stay at this place. They are trying their best to renovate it. The finishes are nice. But after that there really isn't anything positive about it. The breakfast was a very crowded. No one wiped down the tables so they were really gross. The carpets were not vacuumed in the hallways. When we checked in there was supposed to be two rooms, but they only gave his keys for one which I didn't realize until we got up to the room. They really need to focus on the right things and not just the cosmetics.
