I was not offered any brochure or paper regarding room amenities such as Wifi password (there wasn't one-we had to use an unsecured line) , we were not told that the room's heating unit had been off for an unknown amount of time. the room was FREEZING cold. We did check for bed bugs and did not find any so that was the best thing about the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, king size bed was clean and comfortable. It’s freezing outside, the heat in the room works great. Water in the shower is nice and hot, good water pressure. My only complaint is the bathtub doesn’t drain to great but, I can’t complain about anything else
