It is a modest accommodation. I wish there's more variety in breakfast food. The washroom set up is annoying i.e., the toilet paper holder is not within reach (more than arm's length) and the toilet cover is not set up properly (keeps falling down). However, the staff is very accommodating. If they can just change these details, it would be a better stay.

The staff were very good, breakfast was so so, next to a big grocery store chain. Walkable to Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine. Less than $10 for uber from airport. Big room, clean.

Resort is safe and in good distance from basilica. My low review is due to the staff, specifically the man that runs the breakfast area. The man who is standing over you hovering around you just scolding you for everything in the breakfast area is a real bully. We were there 4 days and he would just be hovering over us acting like he owned the place. I wouldn’t go back because I don’t want to deal with him. The reception desk staff is very nice. Also there’s no wash cloths or hand towels.

Everything was great, the only thing bathroom doesn't have air extractor,after using it,very foggy and smelling. No aire or windows..otherwise it will be perfect..special thanks to the clean lady very nice and hard worker..
